CANNES DIARY: EVERY DAY THIS WEEK


Make sure to log in each day this week, from Monday to Sunday for all the news and social pics from Cannes. New Zealand has a great chance this week to impress the rest of the world, especially in the Titanium Lions and perhaps in the DM and Promo Lions. Not to mention several Gold Lion chances in Print and Outdoor.

MONDAY
Fairfax Welcome Drinks for New Zealand and Australian delegates. 9.30pm at the Martinez (poolside) after the Lions Direct and Promo Lions awards ceremonies. Fingers crossed for a few Lions in these two awards: look out for NZ Girl 'Stunt that never was' via DDB in Lions Direct and in the Promo Lions, I fancy NZ Telecom 'Rubbish Film Festival' via Saatchi's and Adidas 'Be the Ball' via TBWA\Whybin for the inaugural Promo Lions Grand Prix.

The reason is Lynchy is posting for me this week from Cannes (I did offer to help him out), so there will be similarities, but hopefully enough good news stories from an NZ perspective to make it worth checking out each day.

Thanks for putting 3rdeye up as an Essential Link last week. I've noticed that we've since been relocated under Australasian TV companies, however we're a recruitment company.
