That'll leave Travis to look mean all by himself then.

Colenso has seriously run out of talent now!

Does Saatchis actually have any midweights? Is it all just very-seniors and juniors on 50 cents a day?

There's no one left. Who the fuck's doing all Colenso's work?

I heard that the Saatchi cleaners have been asked to do some ads to help with the overload.

I talked to Zang Khu Wang the other day, he's assigned clean the toilets.

He said he's responsible for all the below the line work for Sealord.

He complains that the deadlines are short, but the work is varied. He likes the fact that there's is usually no-one there after 2.30am, so he can get an office all to himself - a novelty in the Parnell offices.

At about 5.45am, when the first of the juniors turn up, he leaves all the work out to be approved.

So far, four of his ads have been made.

But unfortunately he didn't get the credit. He's a bit perplexed about this, the same thing happened at Colenso a year ago, that's why he left.

Colenso aren't doing any new work anyway.
Re-runs only. And who needs talent for that sort of caper?
The almost identical Air NZ and BNZ 'go to any lengths for service' spots that both rip off the NatWest UK work from the mid-90's are two obvious examples.

Who's running the book on how long Josh lasts at Lowe?

Popped into Colenso once. Never seen so many tired, haggard, utterly burned out looking creatives in my life. Dark ring under the eyes city it was like. Maybe it was a pitch day.

I'll give Josh . . . 6 months. That’s long enough for lowe to find out his ego is way bigger than his talent.

Hey Josh. Why don’t you use the computer you "borrowed" off Generator when you left to make it Big in the UK.

Can someone explain how losing Steve and Guy is a bad thing for Colenso?

In regards to that last post...
that's a pretty big call to make. They're both highly, highly awarded creatives. The only people that can make that call and look down on Rooke and Back like that are CD's at one of the big 5.

Regarding that last post...

That may be true but the creatives who are still at Colenso are hardly unawarded. I note you're not quick to jump to their defence.

In regards to that last post....

I completely agree with the point there are a lot of awarded creatives still there but that's a completely different point altogether from the one I was making. Keep it on brief next time...
