Apparently those who contributed failed to generate enough jizz to fill the cup at the centre of their circle. This has delayed production as the intent was to generate enough to bind the magazine. All contributors have now been given a pile of loose pages and charged with the task of completing a box each. If you're a junior you'll probably be able to recognise who glued your mag by licking the spine.

I sneaked into his office last week and checked the history in his Safari browser while he was upstairs playing pool.
